Lily LaMotte

Lily LaMotte is the author of the multi-state book awards honor and Cybils Award winner middle grade graphic novel Measuring Up and the WA State Book Awards Finalist middle grade graphic novel Unhappy Camper. She also authored the picture book Chloe’s Lunar New Year.

She loves new recipes, crafts, reading holidays, giving treats to her cat, and finding the glimmer in each day.

She graduated from Hamline’s MFA in Writing for Children and YA. She’s passionate about libraries and is a King County Library System Foundation Board member. She was on the Advisory Committee for SCBWI-WWA.
