MacKenzie Cadenhead

MacKenzie Cadenhead is a comic book and children’s book writer. Her credits include picture books (JINGLE: HOW THE LITTLEST REINDEER EARNED HER BELLS), chapter books (Marvel’s AFTER SCHOOL HEROES series, and the MARVEL SUPER HERO ADVENTURES series); comics/graphic fiction (MARVEL MUTTS, DOGPOOL), and middle grade (SALLY’S BONES). She lives in New York with her human and canine family, and her favorite past employment includes pizza delivery person, holiday gift-wrapper, and comic book editor for Marvel Comics (not in that order). Her school talks include: “How to Make a Chapter Book from Pitch to Publication” and “Graphic Fiction 101: Sequential Storytelling in Comics and Children’s Literature.”
